Customer Service
All orders take approximately 1 - 3 weeks to manufacture and deliver, as every piece is handmade. Please contact us if you need an item rushed for a special occasion and we will do our best to accomodate you. Items that are in stock (non-custom orders) may be shipped faster.
We can customize any piece from the Collection that is featured on the website. We can also make any of our pieces in different precious metals or set them with different precious or semi-precious stones. Please contact us with any questions that you may have about custom orders.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns must be authorized within 7 days of receipt of your order. Custom orders are non-refundable. Jewelry must be in its original condition before credit can be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please contact us at customerservice@charmagranate.com within 7 days of receipt of your order to obtain a Return Authorization. Once you receive the Return Authorization, please make a copy of it and send it back to us, along with the original receipt and the item you wish to return. For your protection, please package the item securely in a hard box and mail it to us via insured delivery service. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent to you within 30 days from the date of SHIPMENT. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
You will be notified by e-mail once your return is complete. Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive your item for your refund to be credited to your account. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Repairs
We will repair the pieces free of charge when damage occurs due to normal wear within 1 year of the original purchase. A repair fee will be charged for older pieces.
Items that are gilded with yellow or rose gold can be re-gilded for a nominal fee.
