This gorgeous two piece pomegranate is totally encrusted with 142 diamonds (4 karat total weight), with 35 diamonds on the outside of each half and 36 diamonds inside. This peace features the signature enhancer and can be worn as one solid pomegranate or just a half. Made of 18k yellow gold on the outside and an 18k rose gold center.
